Suggested Usage
For Optimal weight loss results, take 1 pack 30 minutes before each meal three times per day. For weight maintenance, take 1 pack daily with a meal.

None reported at the time of this publication. Green tea may have mildly stimulating effects; therefore it may be best avoided in the evening before bed.
